The RELAXOR® UpPosture Correction Brace is one size fits all and designed to accommodate all sizes and shapes. The incredibly comfortable nylon straps can be adjusted to fit your body, ensuring a comfortable fit every time.
How long do I have to wear this each day?
We recommend starting with 30 minutes a day and increasing to about 60 minutes a day after a couple of weeks. This can be broken up into 10-15 minute periods if your posture is quite poor to begin with.
How long until I begin to see improvement in my posture?
